
In the '70s, following excellent success in sales, the new industrial plant was built, which would boost the tannery’s production capacity. Thanks to the resourcefulness and industriousness of Gastone Bruttomesso, Conceria Bruttomesso expanded and began production of leather for garments, footwear, leather goods and furniture, over the years becoming a leader in the production of finished bovine splits and a company supplier renowned on a global level, particularly in the footwear and furniture sectors. Beginning in the early 2000s, Conceria Bruttomesso went through a new growth and development phase after the sons Andrea and Riccardo Bruttomesso joined management, bringing with them the skills to combine their father’s tradition and experience in the art of tanning with technological innovation in order to guarantee quality, service and sustainability for Bruttomesso® brand leather.
